A wide selection of an appropriate cutting/creasing machines with the possibility of different cutting tools is a considerable advantage. Thus we are able to produce very precisely cut out and creased products. This allows for accurate folding and forming of ready goods.
Automated and fast set of devices designated to folding leaflets in various ways with impressive accuracy makes production efficient. High amount of available folds and low minimal width of a single fold allow us to fit a leaflet to the smallest boxes.
Our machinery consists of a few modern folding and gluing machines. Thanks to that we are able to form and pre-fold even the smallest and narrowest packaging, that are compatible with automated packing machines. Multipoint gluing machines enables us to make even the most sophisticated boxes.
Experienced graphical designers with high level of production process knowhow are essential to designing any article for a client. Creating an artwork with us gives certainty of proper production of finished goods.
Final result is enhanced by various methods of finishing allowing us to achieve numerous additional effects, which gives desirable character to the product. This includes all sorts of dispersion and UV varnishes, lamination, hot stamping and so on.
For pharmaceutical products the quality of Braill text embossing is essential. All our products are verified and certified as needed. In all other packaging we can emboss any additional element that gives bulging effect.
